She's here!
Lucy Pearson Dyer was born on September 11, 2006! She weighed in at 6 lbs 12 oz and 18 1/2 inches long. We're all doing great. I'll post the whole story soon, but first wanted to get some photos out there.
Welcome to the world Lucy!!!!! Jammie and I and your future husband Sawyer (although I hear he's already in competition with Kjell for her hand) can't wait to meet you.

Hej lilla gumman - Ooh She's a real cutie! That's a translation of the first thing Embla said when she saw litte Lucy. All of us totally agree. I guess it will take a while before we get to see her for real so we expect the pictures to keep coming!

Lucy, we are so excited to have you here! Don't worry about all the men fighting over you already. I think that we've worked out a no-competition clause that will keep things simple. Sorry Sawyer. Plus, doesn't the alliteration of Lucy Pearson Peters sound nice? Anyway, we've got a couple of years to figure it out. Love, Maija
